Spirit week at West Ottawa Schools
Here are just a few photos of the girls this past Friday. Last week was homecoming for West Ottawa Schools and on Friday, they had to show their school spirit by dressing in black and white. Well Maddi was mildly decorated and Leslea gradually got a little more spirited and then to say the least, Courtney went all out. She was just one of the many middle schoolers at Harbor Lights that really showed their spirit. They all had a good time getting "defaced".

Hey Rosebuds! Looks like Fall has come in with a blast of color for you guys. It looks beautiful. We thought Fall had arrived here until this week. It is hot again.... So, glad you all are so happy. I am glad that you like Michigan, but still miss you.
The boys are settling into school. Andrew is doing well in 2nd grade. Austin is adjusting to being a Freshman in high school. He has been taking driver's ed the past three weeks after school. The long days are making him really irritable. This is his last week though. This is just the written part. He will have to do the driving "Yikes" sometime before January.
